This policy applies to claudiacauterucci.com and its associated program pages, including The Era of Emotions, Learn EI in 30 Days, Wealth From Within, and The Empath Leader Experience (Cartagena retreat). It explains what information is collected across these pages, how it's used, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
We collect information in a few different ways, depending on how you interact with the site:
- Information you provide directly — such as your name and email address when you join a waitlist, submit a contact or inquiry form, or register for a program or retreat.
- Payment information — if you purchase a program or make a retreat deposit, payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
- Usage information — automatically collected data such as pages visited, time on page, device and browser type, and referring site, gathered through Google Analytics (see below).
- Cookies — small files stored on your device to support site functionality and analytics.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are viewed, how people arrive here, and general engagement patterns. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data such as your IP address (which may be anonymized), device type, and browsing behavior on this site.
This data is used in aggregate and is not used to personally identify you. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your cookie preferences in your browser.
Forms, waitlists, and booking widgets
Program waitlists, inquiry forms, and booking widgets on this site are powered by a third-party CRM and scheduling platform. When you submit a form, your name, email, and any message you provide are sent to and stored by that platform so we can follow up with you, send program information, and manage bookings. That provider may set its own cookies as part of embedded forms and scheduling widgets.
Embedded content (YouTube, Spotify)
Some pages include embedded videos (YouTube) or an embedded podcast player (Spotify). These embeds may set their own cookies and collect data about your interaction with that content, governed by YouTube's and Spotify's respective privacy policies. We don't control this data collection.
How we use your information

- You can decline non-essential cookies through your browser settings.
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing claudia@claudiacauterucci.com.
Children's privacy
This site and its programs are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the services described above, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
